Kishore Mahbubani (lahir 24 Oktober 1948) ialah bekas diplomat dan ahli akademik Singapura. Semasa berkhidmat di Kementerian Luar Negeri dari 1971 hingga 2004, beliau berkhidmat sebagai Wakil Tetap Singapura ke Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu dan memegang jawatan Presiden Majlis Keselamatan Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu pada Januari 2001 dan Mei 2002.[1] Antara 2004 dan 2017, beliau berkhidmat sebagai Dekan Sekolah Dasar Awam Lee Kuan Yew (LKYSPP) Universiti Kebangsaan Singapura.[2]
Selepas meletak jawatan, beliau tetap menjadi penasihat kanan dan profesor di LKYSPP dan telah menjalani sabbatikal sembilan bulan di pelbagai universiti, termasuk Harvard University's Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation.[3] Beliau kini ialah Felo Cemerlang di Insititut Penyelidikan Asia.[4]
