Sphingosine-1-fosfat reseptor 1 (S1P reseptor 1 atau S1P1), juga dikenal sebagai endotel diferensiasi gen 1 (EDG1) adalah protein yang pada manusia dikodekan oleh gen S1PR1. S1PR1 adalah GReseptor terhubung-protein G yang mengikat sinyal molekul bioaktif sphingosine 1-fosfat (S1P). S1PR1 merupakan anggota subfamili sphingosine-1-fosfat reseptor yang terdiri dari lima anggota (S1PR1-5). S1PR1 awalnya diidentifikasi sebagai transkrip yang melimpah di sel endotel[4] dan memiliki peran penting dalam mengatur struktur sel endotel sitoskeleton, migrasi, pembentukan jaringan kapiler dan pematangan pembuluh darah.[5][6] selain itu, sinyal S1PR1 penting dalam regulasi pematangan, migrasi dan penyaluran limfosit,.[7][8]
